Q: Great reviews, one person wrote that all water connectors are metric and not 3/8" usa standard, also when he called someone in Asia answered and told him the don't make conversion, he ended up shipping back at Amazon same product. His plumber had no conversation as the warranty would be void not using with original parts.

A: Press " ∧ " or " ∨ " button when it is under function of rear cleaing or front cleaning, the indicator light will be on showing current nozzle position, adjust nozzle position by 5 levels. If still have problem, please email to help@woodbridgebath.com, our support team will assist you.

Q: We were looking at your product and had a couple of questions. In general are your products able to be installed with existing plumbing. Is this able to flush if the power is out?
A: If you're rough in, from the wall to the center of the drain hole is 12" then it should work. If not then use a offset flange or you would need to re-pipe that drain pipe. The link shows a model that WILL NOT flush if there is no power.

Q: We have a customer with the attached toilet. When we went to reset the toilet it looked like there was some sort or adhesive wax ring that was used and that apparently came with the toilet. Can standard wax rings be used or do we need to order a wax ring from you?
A: A standard wax ring will work with the unit as well, do not have to use the wax ring provided with the unit.

A: Hi, B0970s- has heated seat , heated water , heated air dryer , auto flush , LED light and remote control (tankless) doesn't have manual flush (wont work without electricity) B0960s & B0980s -has heated seat , heated water , heated air dryer , auto flush , LED light, remote control , auto open & close the top lid (has a small tank and have option to the manual flush) so if the electricity shuts down the product will still be able to flush (only difference between these 2 is the look of it) B0990s- has heated seat , heated water , heated air dryer , auto flush , LED light, remote control , auto open & close the top lid , and a sensor at the bottom of the toilet which you can tap with your feet and it will open the top lid & seat (tankless) doesn't have manual flush (wont work without electricity)

1. Place your warehouse order online and select which warehouse location for your local pickup option.
2. Select the date that you would like to pick up your order. Same day pick up is not available now, but you may select any date for next 14 days exclude weekend and public holidays.
3. You will receive a ready to pick up order confirmation from shop@woodbridgebath.com
4. Arrive to the designated warehouse on pickup date, present your pickup documents and ID card to one of our customer service team members and wait at your car.
5. Ordered items will deliver to your car side, check the items, and sign the Goods Receipt if there isn’t any product discrepancy, then you can finish your pickup.

1.Alternative Pickup person: If you will send someone else to pick up your order, please reply to the confirmation email with the person’s exact name on the Driver License. The pickup person needs to bring his driver license and a copy of the order.
